Tips

Attendance definitely not necessary, as I took the exam right after my exchange.
If you’re on exchange, send an email to the professor asking (very politely) if it is possible to take the quizzes online and eventually register as an attending student.
The exam is well structured, and it’s a good compromise between theory and practice.
Memorise the graphs, and spend time learning how externalities work. It’s another one of those tips that sound trivial, but even a minor oversight might cost you a couple of points on the exam.
